Ahmedabad Rural SOG team has seized a large quantity of cannabis brought from Rajasthan. 154 kg hidden in a field in the seam of Chekhla village in Ahmedabad district. Police have arrested five accused with the same amount of marijuana. Five days ago, the investigation revealed that a quantity of cannabis was brought to Gujarat from Rajasthan through transport. Ahmedabad Rural SOG’s PI DN Patel’s team started working in this direction. In which the team was informed that Amit Vaghela (resides in Chekhla) and Raju Mallya and Deepak Somani living in Rajasthan brought large quantities of narcotic cannabis from Rajasthan. And manipulated cars at night to sell at night in retail. Based on the news, SOG’s team planned to raid the place. The team raided and nabbed five accused with a quantity of 154 kg 562 grams of cannabis. A total of Rs. In addition to marijuana, cash of Rs. 7400, 7 mobile phones, and a car were found totaling Rs. Muddamal worth Rs 20.59 lakh was seized. Among the arrested, accused are Amit Vaghela (b. 26, resides in Chekhla), Parasmal Gurjar (b. 25, resides in Nana Chiloda), Deepak Somani (b. 24, resides in Mandal), Govind Joshi (b. V.23, Reh. Mandal) and Raju Mallya (U.V.32, Reh. Sadla). The investigation revealed that 3 of the arrested accused were originally from Rajasthan. While Bhavarlal Taili (who resides in Rajasthan) is wanted. Accused Parasmal Gurjar from wanted Bhavarlal Taili paid Rs. Accused Deepak Somani was fined Rs. Gave in 5 thousand.
